The EPC on line shop; how it works
Select the concert and price band. If you have any special needs, such as a wheelchair space, please let us know by typing the details in the box provided and and click Add to Basket; this takes you to the PayPal secure payment site.
Buying more than one ticket for a concert
If you need more than one ticket in a category, when you arrive on the PayPal site, you can overtype the number shown with the number required.
Checking out
When you are ready to check out, there are three options.
1 If you already have a PayPal account, simply log on to it to complete the transaction
2 If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can create one; this way, next time you buy from us or any other retailer working with PayPal, you can take advantage of a simpler and quicker check out.
3 If you do not wish to create a PayPal account; you can enter your contact and payment details on the forms as they appear.
Multi-buy discounts
If you are taking advantage of our multi-buy discount, the discount will be applied via a PayPal refund when we process your order.
Mailing list
We would like to keep your name on our e-mailing list, so that we can let you know about future events. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your address is secure and will never pass your details to any third party. If you would prefer that we do not contact you, please email us .
Student standby tickets
These may be available at £5 each for concerts in Exeter Cathedral from 15 minutes before the advertised start time of the concert, on presentation of a valid student ID. Please check our site shortly before each concert.

Ways to book
1 Via the EPC on line shop
2 By post; please print out our brochure, complete the booking form and mail to EPC Tickets, 5 Little John's Cross Hill, Exeter EX2 9PJ. Please enclose an SSAE or add 50p for postage & packing and make cheques payable to EPC Tickets
3 In person or by phone with a credit/debit card at the Box Office, Exeter Phoenix, Gandy St, Exeter, phone 01392 667080
Late bookings
Tickets can be booked on-line, subject to availability, up to the day before the concert.
If you are making a booking fewer than seven days before a concert, your tickets will be held at the door for you to collect. Please print out the e-mail confirming the booking and present it at the ticket desk.
Returns and restricted availability
Where tickets are shown as returns only or restricted availablilty, please call us on 01392 499211 to see if we can meet your requirements before booking tickets.
Postage & Packing
50p will be added to your on-line order total to cover postage & packing.
